  We stayed here (for the third time) to go and see Midge Ure at the Symphony Hall (for the third time). It is the perfect location and a very short walk to the Hall and the Train Station.

  The whole team but Bernie the duty manager and the guys on the night team were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!!

  Enjoyed our stay here, rooms were clean, restaurant was good, parking is off sorting a nearby car park unless you are disabled then there 6 spaces. Only problem we had, was we were unaware it was the Birmingham half marathon as we’re not from the area, all the roads were closed until 1pm, so you had no way of getting your car out if you used the disabled space like we did. I feel we should have been informed of the situation and we could have made alternative arrangements for parking elsewhere were away from the marathon route. We had to wonder around Birmingham on a cold Sunday morning until the roads re opened.
